Why we use the information
Business enquiries
We use your contact details and message to answer your request, discuss the project, and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Depending on the request, the basis is taking steps you ask for before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Website operation and security
Technical logs support website operation, troubleshooting, and security. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the website and protecting it from misuse.
Optional analytics and marketing cookies

We do not sell your personal information or use your contact details for marketing you have not requested.
Who receives the information
Access is limited to the ACW team members handling the enquiry and the providers involved in the relevant processing:
- HubSpot: storage and handling of contact form enquiries.
- Google services: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and advertising tools where used and permitted by your cookie choices.
- Hosting and email providers: website delivery, technical operation, and communication.
Providers that process personal information on our behalf are engaged for those purposes. Where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer arrangement must provide the safeguards required by law, such as relevant standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy framework.
How long information is kept
Enquiries: while we discuss the request and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the information becomes part of a project agreement or a different retention obligation applies.
Project records: according to the agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Google Analytics user-level and event-level data: the stated retention setting is 14 months for data covered by that control. It does not determine retention of standard aggregated reports. A user identifier’s retention period may restart after new activity if the relevant reset option is enabled.
Technical logs: for the period needed for website operation and security under the hosting retention arrangements.
Your privacy rights
Where applicable, you may ask to access or receive a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive eligible information in a portable format. These rights have conditions and may not apply to every processing activity.
Send your request to office@acw.solutions. We may need information to confirm your identity. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe, normally one month, and explain if an extension or restriction applies.
You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including in the country where you live or work.
How information is protected
The website uses an encrypted connection. Enquiry access is limited to the people who need it, and the services involved in processing are reviewed for the intended use.
