Product priorities alongside ordering and integration delivery.
A B2B ordering portal connected to Trepco’s ERP
ACW built the customer portal and integration workflows around Trepco’s existing product, pricing and order data, giving wholesale customers a dedicated ordering channel.
Trepco supplies convenience retailers, independent markets and other retail businesses. Its customers need to find the right products, order at their agreed prices and pass accurate order information to the distribution team. The digital ordering journey therefore has to work with the rules and records already held in the ERP.
ACW’s scope included a product roadmap alongside the ordering application and ERP rollout. Technical SEO work also formed part of the engagement, connecting product delivery with the customer-facing website. The result: product planning, integration delivery and measurement within the same engagement.
A wholesale order depends on more than a product and a quantity. Trepco’s ordering flow brings account-specific prices and minimum-order rules into catalogue browsing and checkout. ACW developed the application logic that carries those conditions through to order submission, with continued work around the connected ordering and ERP workflow. The result: an ordering journey that reflects the commercial rules of the account.
Browse the catalogue in the customer account context.
Apply the relevant price and minimum-order conditions.
Prepare the checkout and submit the order.
The customer-facing application depends on catalogue, account and price data. ACW’s integration and ERP-rollout work connects scheduled catalogue synchronisation with on-demand account-specific pricing and order exchange, separating scheduled updates from the information needed at purchase. The result: a defined exchange between the ordering application and the ERP.
Synchronise catalogue data on the scheduled cycle.
Retrieve account-specific prices when needed.
Pass the completed order to the ERP workflow.
Registration, invitations and administration support the ordering journey behind the storefront. ACW’s work connects the customer account with the records and controls used by the team managing the platform, so access and ordering are handled in the same operational context. Order-flow events provide measurement around the customer journey, alongside the registration, invitation and administration workflows.
