Choosing and paying

An end-to-end ticketing platform for Split
ACW built the whole Split product: the event programme, ticket sales and payment, the backend and admin panel, CRM integrations across several scenarios, and QR-code ticket validation at the door.
Split’s event experience starts before the guest arrives at the venue. The programme has to help people choose an event, the purchase flow has to produce a usable ticket, and the team at the entrance needs to validate it when the event begins.
Visitors compare dates, formats and event details, then buy and pay for tickets in the same journey.
The team manages events, sales, customer records and entry at the door from one system.
Split’s guest experience starts with choosing an event. The programme and event pages lead into ticket selection and purchase, keeping the digital journey connected to the ticket the guest will use when arriving at the venue. The result: a connected guest journey from the programme to a usable ticket.
