Website enquiries connected to HubSpot and Grace
ACW implemented HubSpot form logic, input validation and the Grace chat interface, with a backend Claude API connection for Smart Property Systems.
Smart Property Systems serves property managers and owners with rental-management software. ACW’s engagement focuses on the website and connected enquiry experience: helping visitors make contact, supporting the Grace assistant and making site content manageable for the client’s team.
The assistant helps a visitor interact with the site.
The form passes on what the team needs for follow-up.
An enquiry is useful only if its details reach the team in the right form. ACW connected the website forms with HubSpot, including field mapping and phone and email validation, so the visitor’s input can move into the CRM workflow. The result: a connected enquiry path between the website and HubSpot.
Collect the enquiry through the website form.
Validate the relevant contact fields.
Map and pass the submitted details to HubSpot.
The Grace assistant combines a clear entry point, a conversation interface and a backend connection to Claude. ACW’s implementation covers how the assistant appears on the website and how the session continues into the supporting service, with conversation behaviour developed further as the work progresses. The result: the interface and service connection for an ongoing website-assistant workflow.
Offer the assistant through the floating entry or configured trigger.
Open the conversation interface in the visitor session.
Connect the conversation with the backend AI service.
The website also needs a practical editorial workflow. ACW’s Sanity CMS work covers content editing, links and media, supported by handover material for the team managing the site. This connects the public experience with the work required to keep it current. The result: an editorial workflow supporting the live website.
Correct enquiry transfer to HubSpot increased by 16 percentage points.
200 enquiries in each of the 30-day periods before and after the change.
Website text changes moved from a developer handoff taking one working day to a 10-minute self-service update in Sanity.
