Client invitation
Invite the client into the portal.
A shared portal for probate teams and clients
ACW developed role-based portal functionality for MyProbate, connecting administrator, staff and client access with invitations and case-related information.
MyProbate connects a probate team with the clients it is supporting. Clients need a clear place to follow their matter and provide information; staff need an organised workspace for managing access and communication around that case.
A probate workflow involves the firm’s internal team.
It also involves the clients who provide or review case information.
MyProbate gives clients and the probate team a shared place to work around a matter. The portal separates the needs of clients, staff and administrators while keeping access, case information and communication connected to the relevant case. The result: one portal with distinct working contexts for clients and the team.
The account workflow needs to connect each person with the correct role and case. ACW’s engineering covers invitations and the supported administrator, staff and client contexts, giving the portal a structured basis for access and day-to-day use. The result: role-based portal access tied to the client’s case context.
Create or send the supported invitation.
Associate the user with the relevant role.
Provide the corresponding case workspace.
The portal’s communication flow also depends on the surrounding setup. ACW’s work includes the email and domain configuration used alongside invitations and case communication, connecting the application workflow with the channels the team uses to reach clients. The result: supporting communication infrastructure around the portal.
Configure the supporting email and domain setup.
Connect the relevant invitation and communication flow.
Keep the client’s matter as the working context.
